For our HQs in Bergamo, we are searching a


The CRM Coordinator will work together with the Head of CRM to design, execute and follow-up of the strategy and activities that have a direct impact on loyalty revenue and customer base KPI.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Build a competitive loyalty marketing and communication plan;
  • Propose new strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and increase retention;
  • Analyze and segment the customer base to define and propose consumer journey and ensure a smooth customer experience across all channels;
  • Propose new strategies and data capture process;
  • Monitoring of KPI’s related to CRM, reporting and analyses to measure loyalty program results;
  • Lead CRM projects with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Define business project deliverables in line with KIKO Milano CRM Strategy;
  • Develop, write and implement processes and procedures, new standards and best practices to ensure CRM new functionalities release;
  • Work closely with IT and legal department to define release of new capabilities and improvement of the pre-existing;
  • Able to manage project at wwd level and to translate business objective into project deliverables;
  • Benchmark and CRM scenario monitoring;
  • Monitoring of CRM and technology market trends;
  • Budget management and tracking.


The candidate has worked in CRM role for 5 years, in one of the companies known to be leading within this field and ideally, has already worked with salesforce. The CRM professional has a solid background in digital. He/she has knowledge in data analytics, customer relationship management, especially in loyalty program activation. The talent has an entrepreneurial and positive attitude. Previous experience in marketing is a plus.

  • Degree or Master in Economics, Marketing, Statistics
  • Strong leadership and operational discipline
  • Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions, suppliers and across cultures
  • Analytical, detailed oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Previous experience with Salesforce
  • Digital Mastery
  • Fluency in English
