For a global Italian Company, leader in production of components and equipment within automotive sector, we are looking for the: 

 

GLOBAL SALES DIRECTOR Rif. 5329

 

with the mission to organize, coordinate and supervise the global sales activities, creating goals and monitoring systems to help the company achieve its global sales.  

 

Job purpose:

  • Collaborates with General Management in defining Sales Global Policies/Strategies in the short/medium and long term
  • Managing sales team
  • Responsible for the sales budget
  • Develop strategies and action plans to improve short and long term revenue growth
  • Identifying business opportunities
  • Conducts negotiations with customers
  • Collaborates with the Engineering Department and Product Support for after-sales customer service
  • Provide monthly flash and rolling sales budget, reporting & analysis
  • Provide top accounts management

The position reports to the General Manager

 

Qualifications and experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economic is required
  • At least ten years of experience in Sales management in automotive components sector
  • Fluent in English
  • Good in strategic goals
Location: Central Italy with many business trips abroad
