Our Client designs and installs automated sorting and distribution solutions. Their customers are companies from the sectors of e-commerce, postal / courier delivery as well as baggage handling.
As part of the company’s continued business growth and expansion we are recruiting an:

HR Business Partner - Global Sales & Service - Rif. H19295
Location: Milan


Reporting to the CEO – Global Service, the appointee will:

  • Act as HRBP for an initial population of 100 primarily located in Europe
  • Propose, agree and implement with Top Management appropriate HR strategy, priorities and activities in order to support ambitious revenue-growth and business expansion targets
  • Support management in fostering optimum working climate and conditions
  • Support managers in providing employees with development and training
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and welfare regulations
  • Manage and drive HR processes to include performance management, salary reviews, employee engagement, succession-planning, change-management / re-organisation as well as recruitment
  • Carry out regular reporting
  • Liaise with other HR professionals at national and international level
  • Travel for circa 40% of the time nationally and internationally


Candidate Profile

  • Degree-holder preferably in Law or Business Administration
  • Circa 5 years’ related HR experience
  • Experience working in an international context and with other nationalities
  • Experience advising and working with Top Management
  • Business acumen and able to contribute from an HR standpoint to business decisions
  • Good / very good English in addition to good Italian
  • Good / quite good knowledge of French is required
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Open to reporting, team-working and information-sharing
  • Good organization and prioritization skills
  • Problem-solving skills; digitally literate
  • Personal integrity; strong values and ethics; loyal
  • Willing to travel for 40% of the time nationally and internationally mainly in Europe for meetings and training
  • Flexible with the willingness to learn and develop in an international Group
  • Ambitious and keen to participate in the development of the organization and business
