As part of the company’s business growth we are recruiting a:


Key Account Director / Key Account Team Manager - Rif. H18340
Location: Milan Italy
 
Role
  • Lead, support and develop the Italy-based KAM team as well as their activities
  • Co-define the commercial strategy and ensure that client needs are met
  • Develop and maintain optimum client relations
  • Track order fulfillment and interface with other functions in order to ensure Client satisfaction
  • Carry out reporting
  • Collaborate internationally

Candidate Profile
  • University degree-holder / technical high-school diploma in Engineering or similar
  • 5+ years relevant Key Account experience ideally from within the sector / similar sectors
  • Experienced in managing and developing the strengths and potential of a Key Account management team
  • Excellent key Account Client-Management skills
  • Operates in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Used to meeting commercial targets
  • Used to formulating, negotiating and executing contracts
  • Problem-solves proactively
  • Leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Communicates effectively with different functions and levels within the organization
  • Can motivate and work effectively in teams
  • Very good English and Italian
  • Used to national and international travel
