Our client is a prestigious multinational biotech company, with an impacting role in the development, manufacturing and commercialization of innovative treatments to solve some of the most challenging and complex diseases in the Immunology and Neurosciences Therapeutic areas.
For the development of its Field Medical Organization, we are seeking for:
 
Medical Scientific Liaison – North Italy - B17501
Location: Milan
 
The Role
The MSL will engage with the key opinion leaders regarding products, developing awareness and understanding of the product and creating an environment for the use of the product in a broad range of indications as the development programme expands. Understand and discuss clinical practices and educate to drive change as appropriator and ensure optimal use of the product.

Key Responsiblities:
 
  • Find business opportunities based on publications, presentations in local/regional meetings and/or department sessions, etc.
  • Organization of product sessions at department level or local/regional congresses, meetings etc. Organization of Advisory Boards according to local needs
  • Continuous training of local sales team
  • Improve relations with KOL´s developing a Kol’s engagement plan in agreement with Head Medical Scientific Liaison Manager
  • Responsible of the speaker training roll-out meeting activity
  • Improve personal training by attending national/local congresses
  • Attend International and national congresses
  • Collaborate to maintain an updated competitor analysis based on information from congresses and Kol´s visits
  • Stimulate and support publications of physicians’ best personal experiences with the product, case reports in journals or local/national congresses.

Requirements
 
  • Medical or Scentific Degree (previous experience in the mentioned therapeutic areas represents a strong plus)
  • Strong professional background in a MSL position
  • Strong medical and scientific background
  • Ability to build and develop successful relationship with KOLs and other relevant interlocutors within the Hospital Organization and assigned area
  • Ability to manage internal relation with other department (Marketing, Medical Affairs)
  • Good command of both oral and written English Personal Skills
