For our client, a global law firm with lawyers located in more than 40 countries, we are looking for:

TENDER SPECIALIST/GARE D'APPALTO SPECIALIST
(Rif. 666/TES/20)

 

Role Purpose:

Supporting the tender department with tender procedures for the procurement of services, supplies and works in accordance with the provisions and rules of Legislative Decree 50/2016.

 

Key areas of responsibility:

•           Management of the tender procedures for the procurement of services, supplies and works in accordance with the provisions and rules of Legislative Decree 50/2016;

•           Preparation of all administrative documents required for developing and managing the tender procedures; collecting the documents necessary for participating in the tender and liaising with all involved offices.

•           Tender presentation (electronically and/or in hard copy, including presentation of electronically signed documents);

•           Analysis of the requirements to be met as outlined in public and private invitations to tenders, formulation of queries, if any, to be submitted to the Contracting Authorities, assessment of the participation requirements, management of the offer and presentation of provisional and final deposits.

•           Registration and update of the Registers of Suppliers and accreditation with public and private Entities.

•           Control and monitoring of envelopes opening dates, keeping of tender schedule, management of the award phase, preparation of all contractual documents and relevant filing of all documents related to the participation in the tenders.

 

Skills, experience and characteristics:

•           Previous experience in the position in national and international public tenders;

•           Excellent knowledge of E-Procurement systems and PAs’ main regional procurement systems, PA’s Acquistinretepa portal (MEPA – Conventions – Framework Agreements – Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)), ANAC (the Italian National Anticorruption Authority)’s portal and procedures;

•           Solid knowledge (acquired through masters or specific courses) of Procurement-related regulations;

•           Good command of spoken and written English;

•           Accuracy and systematic order potential;

•           Diligent to work both in teams and individually;

•           Ability to work according to a project plan;

•           Flexible, goal oriented and meticulous;

•           Ability to work under time pressure, to manage time accurately and to work overtime when necessary;

•           Ability to manage IT systems, excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel in particular).

Place of work: Milano

We offer a permanent contract with remuneration commensurate with the experience gained in the role.
