Group which operates successfully in the off-highway sector is looking for the

COUNTRY MANAGER POLAND
MNG/4139

we want to meet a POLE native or a candidate who lives and works in POLAND and has a good command of POLISH and also of ENGLISH, he has sales experience gained in companies operating in the OFF-HIGHWAY sector, it is expected that he will implement the growth strategy in the Polish market.
He will work closely with the sales team and so to develop and to grow long term relationships with customers, he will satisfy the Polish market and will identify and suggest solutions to increase the local business managing all the branch's activities, a little assembly shop and a repair shop included.
He is able to develop new customers and will ensure goals achievement according to the company sales plan and strategy, proposing commercial policies.
He got, preferably, a degree in Engineering, and has a strong knowledge of the off-highway market.
He will report to the Managing Director based in an European country.
