Our Client is an international IT/Technologies provider. Leader in Europe and one of the largest in the world, it operates in a vertical industry.
The Group is rapidly growing and currently employs over 6,000 highly skilled resources in 40 countries across 5 continents.


The Head of Organizational Development & Talent Management reports into the Chief Human Resource Officer, supporting the organizational design and will be responsible for leading the efforts to build and scale the talent function.
The role will assume the lead for the start up of the Talent CoE which is in the process of design and build and develop a fit for purpose, executable plan to support key calendar and project activity whilst transitioning to a new HR operating model across the organization.
This newly created position will be the primary architect of the framework and talent solutions that will be foundational to the continued success and rapidly growth of the organization.

Main responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and deploy strategies relating to the Talent CoE including Performance Management, Job Profiling Talent Mapping&Review, Succession Plan, Key People management, Leadership Training, Corporate Recruiting,Capability framework  and OD tools;
  • Design, develop & implement talent development solutions, focused on developing skills that will support the business and organization evolution. Understand business priorities and determine training needs for teams and individuals;
  • Partner closely with business leaders and HR team (HRBPs an HR Managers) to ensure programs are meeting the organization’s needs;
  • Own company performance management processes and tools related to goal setting, performance reviews, 360 feedback, leadership and talent development, succession planning, employee engagement;
  • Provide input to organisation design and development activities that enhance the organisations effectiveness. Perform both strategic and hands on role in a range of development initiatives, aligned to the organisation’s short and longer term strategic goals.

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development or a related field with strong focus on leadership development and developing OD initiatives;
  • Bachelor’s degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Leadership or related field;
  • Able to undertake program design, development and delivery;
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and employees at all levels in a Multicultural and Multihub environment;
  • Proven success in working in a fast-paced, growing business context.
Location: International HUB (London/Milan or other European capital city).
