The context

Our client is an American corporation specializing in a variety of preclinical and clinical laboratory services for the pharmaceuticalmedical device and biotechnology industries. For the italian branch we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative.

The role

Our candidate will be responsible for driving sales in our country, supporting the regional account manager for a specific products and solutions business line of. Main tasks:
  • Drives sales in specified region.
  • Point of contact for customer inquiries and outbound prospecting.
  • Engage with existing customers and generating sales opportunities.
  • Lead projects such as dormant account reimplementation, next generation products and end of life campaigns.
  • Establish new customers and maintain/grow existing customer accounts.
  • Establish and nurture positive, productive relationships with customer accounts end-users, management and purchasing contacts.
  • Assist with territory opportunities and product lifecycle management.
  • Partner with regional Account Managers to meet shared sales goals and manage territory opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing to drive product promotions and provide feedback on ROI.
  • Share customer problems/concerns with relevant departments for quality resolution.
  • Maintain a CRM database via updates to sales opportunities, sales stages, marketing statuses, and customer intelligence data.
  • Provide pricing, create and submit individualized quotes and support price renewal price process in region.
  • Client communications.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.


The requirements

  • Degree in marketing, business or scientific discipline.
  • 2 years related experience in sales or customer services. 
  • Italian native speaker and perfect knowledge of English.
  • Good Communication skills
