Our client's company is a prestigious global leader in the technology sector, focusing on innovative solutions ranging from the aerospace industry to defense. With a constant commitment to innovation, the company is at the forefront of critical developments that influence the country's system.
For the HQ based in Rome, we are looking for an Operations Controller.

Responsibilities:

Periodically consolidate and verify the Performance status of Industrial Departments. Highlights deviations, supports the mitigation actions, suggests opportunity inside and among departments.
Reports on status, including the preparation of documents related to the Performance and Business review. Contribute e follow-up of the Monthly Performance Review.
Ensure costs and KPI are inside allocated budgets/Targets for Departments internal typology (Running Costs, Indirect hours, travels, etc).
To actively cooperate with all the Industrial Departments internal functions in order to have the maximum collaboration and transparency in the preparation of the economic data and documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor´s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
At least two years of experience in similar role
Knowledge and experience of planning build-up, analysis and related SW tools.
Knowledge and experience of cost estimation, analysis and related SW tool (SAP, Business Intelligence tools, PowerBI…)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Fluent in English
