Our client's company is a prestigious global leader in the technology sector, focusing on innovative solutions ranging from the aerospace industry to defense. With a constant commitment to innovation, the company is at the forefront of critical developments that influence the country's system.

For the Turin HQ, we are looking for a Project & Bid Financial Controller.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure reliability of all financial data of controlled perimeter in compliance with the Company rules and timetable
  • Participate to bid process and to validate the bid’s financial components and the Group intercompany transactions rules application at bid phase and validate the bid’s consolidated economic and financial figures as Finance Presenter
  • During program execution, coordinate the analysis, update and monitoring of the project’s financial components in cooperation with project management and other Finance departments
  • Cooperate on project initialization (reviewing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), allocating the total budget, implementing management tools and structuring management of risks and opportunities, defining the sales and margin recognition method
  • Measure and analyze the costs variances between actuals, forecasts, budget and baselines
  • Ensure forecasts and monitoring of revenues and cash flow
  • Coordinate and produce monthly consolidated project reports (Dashboard) and forecasts data package with major risks and opportunities identified
  • support in the definition, achievement and consolidation of Closing, Business Review (BR), Multi Year Budget (MYB), ETC campaign process for Orders, Revenues, P&L, Cash and different focus on financial matters (Order outflow, Reserve)


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
  • At least five years of experience in similar role
  • Complex Project controlling with skills of consolidation
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Financial Systems (i.e., SAP, Primavera)
  • IFRS knowledge and experience highly desirable
  • Presentation skills (Power Point)
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time respecting deadlines
