Context

Our Company is looking for a passionate and customer-obsessed Recruiter to join our Rome organization, supporting the Partners throughout the search projects for our various and prestigious clients. Our market coverage spans from great multinationals to family businesses operating in several industries and services organizations.
 

Role

You will work alongside Partners and Associate Partners and manage the recruitment process, liaising with clients and candidates, preparing roles advertising, running database search, interviewing and screening the candidates.

Basic Qualifications
  • Significant experience of full lifecycle professional or senior hiring recruiting
  • Management of several sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
  • Conduct thorough research to navigate target companies and build lists of candidates which accurately reflect the client briefing. 
  • Use competency-based interviewing techniques to qualify suitable candidates.  
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
  • Strong communication skills in English and Italian is required.
  • Conduct ongoing candidate pipeline development activities and talent network expansion for active and future requisitions. 
  • Balance deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at a time.
  •  Maintain data quality and accuracy within the company’s internal database. 
  • MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Qualifications

  • Experience as a full life-cycle recruiter from either a search, external or in-house recruiting environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain flawless and lasting interpersonal relations, either with clients and candidates, being a great team player
  • Able to provide team members with details necessary to build the recruitment solution necessary to successfully execute against the project.
  • A search background is highly advantageous; we would also prefer you to have some experience gained in house, or within an RPO
