We are currently looking for a:

International Sales Director

Activities and responsibilities:
  • Leadership and coordination of the international sales team
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies and targets
  • Direct supervision of the main customers and distributors, as well as the management of all the other accounts
  • Search for new market opportunities for the company
  • Analysis and evaluation of sales performance and cost monitoring
  • Design and implementation of new more effective procedures
  • Supervision of the preparation of commercial material and promotional programs
  • Maintaining positive relationships with partners, vendors and distributors
Profile required:
  • Background on the sale of luxury goods
  • 5-10 years in a senior role in the sales area leading an international team
  • Experience in negotiation, contracts and change management
  • Outgoing, ambitious with strong communicative and motivational skills
  • Available in flexible work shifts and international travel
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
  • Advanced computer skills, especially in the use of Microsoft Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of the company profile and interest in the business
Place of work:
  • The successful candidate will work in one of our European offices in Berlin, Cologne, London or Paris.
