We are currently looking for a:
International Sales Director
Activities and responsibilities:
	- Leadership and coordination of the international sales team
 
	- Development and implementation of sales strategies and targets
 
	- Direct supervision of the main customers and distributors, as well as the management of all the other accounts
 
	- Search for new market opportunities for the company
 
	- Analysis and evaluation of sales performance and cost monitoring
 
	- Design and implementation of new more effective procedures
 
	- Supervision of the preparation of commercial material and promotional programs
 
	- Maintaining positive relationships with partners, vendors and distributors
 
Profile required:
	- Background on the sale of luxury goods
 
	- 5-10 years in a senior role in the sales area leading an international team
 
	- Experience in negotiation, contracts and change management
 
	- Outgoing, ambitious with strong communicative and motivational skills
 
	- Available in flexible work shifts and international travel
 
	- Advanced level of written and spoken English
 
	- Advanced computer skills, especially in the use of Microsoft Excel
 
	- In-depth knowledge of the company profile and interest in the business
