Our client is a player who has been designing and manufacturing electric motors, aimed at different and various applications, since 1957.
The company has been satisfying the most demanding market requests, providing customers with its experience, strong technical know-how and automated production lines.
In order to expand the sales team, we are looking for a:

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
 
 

Role

The Key Account Manager is responsible for the strategic management and business development of the company's key accounts. They build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction, business continuity, and increased sales.


Main Responsibilities
· Management and development of the strategic customer portfolio (Key Accounts)
· Definition and implementation of customized business plans for each client
· Negotiation of framework agreements, price lists, contractual terms, and commercial budgets
· Analysis of client needs and proposal of high-value-added solutions
· Monitoring of commercial performance and KPIs (margins, volumes, forecasts)
· Collaboration with internal departments (product engineering, R&D, supply chain, customer service)
· Extensive co-engineering activities with the client
· Coordination of pre-sales and post-sales activities
· Management of any critical issues and development of customer satisfaction
· Participation in trade fairs, industry events, and strategic meetings
· Periodic reporting to sales management on key client performance
· Data-driven results monitoring and improvement proposals
· Daily use of CRM
 

Requirements

· Proven experience managing strategic accounts
· Availability to travel 40% of the time
· At least five years of technical/sales experience gained in B2B manufacturing companies (preferably HVAC, refrigeration, or related sectors, as well as "best-  in-class" sectors with similar characteristics, e.g., automotive), characterized by the technical importance of co-engineering and product costing
 -Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines
· Fluent in English
· Knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and excellent command of Excel/PowerPoint
